Warranty & claims
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Sweeper Parts stands behind every new part we sell. The terms below set out our manufacturer's warranty and how to lodge a claim if something fails inside the warranty period.
1. Warranty policy
- Sweeper Parts warrants all new parts for 12 months from the invoice date against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not wear-and-tear, misuse, improper installation, or modification.
- New parts only. We do not sell used or reconditioned parts.
- OEM-genuine parts purchased from us carry the manufacturer's own warranty (terms as stated by the manufacturer) and are subject to the standard Australian Consumer Law guarantees on top.
- All warranty claims require the part to be returned to us for inspection. Sweeper Parts pays return freight on confirmed warranty claims.
- This warranty is in addition to, not in substitution for, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
