Warranty & claims

Last updated: May 27, 2026

Sweeper Parts stands behind every new part we sell. The terms below set out our manufacturer's warranty and how to lodge a claim if something fails inside the warranty period.

1. Warranty policy

  • Sweeper Parts warrants all new parts for 12 months from the invoice date against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not wear-and-tear, misuse, improper installation, or modification.
  • New parts only. We do not sell used or reconditioned parts.
  • OEM-genuine parts purchased from us carry the manufacturer's own warranty (terms as stated by the manufacturer) and are subject to the standard Australian Consumer Law guarantees on top.
  • All warranty claims require the part to be returned to us for inspection. Sweeper Parts pays return freight on confirmed warranty claims.
  • This warranty is in addition to, not in substitution for, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Submit a warranty claim

Complete every required field and attach clear photos of the failed part. Claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
